BALI-BARAT NATIONAL PARK NATURE RESERVE IN WEST BALI

Bali Barat National Park is one of national park in Indonesia, particularly The only one in Bali.Bali Barat National Park situated at north of west of Bali with area ± 19.002,89 Ha, with in 130 km distance or 3 – 4 hours from Ngurah Rai Airport, Denpasar 65 km distance or 1 – 2 hours from Lovina and only 17 km distance or 30 menit from Pemuteran.

Bali Barat National Park will have different experience compare to other tourist  object. By doing activity which can be conducted for tracking in forest , bird watching, snorkeling, scuba diving and overland (touring) to an other national park on East Java as like Ijen crater, mount Bromo, Baluran, Meru Betiri, Borobudur and Prambanan.

Bali Barat National Park formed to give protection to continuity of endemic animal which the including appendix I at red data book IUCN that is Bali is Bali Starling (Leucopsar Rothcschildi). Besides Bali Starling, other fauna protected like : Cervus Timorensis (venison), Muntiacus Muntjak(Deer), Felis Marmorata (Kuwuk), Tragulus Javanicus (Mousedeer), Manis Javanicus (Ant-eather), Presbytis Cristata (Black monkey), Macaca Fascicularis (Grey Monkey), Sus Scrofa ( Forest pig), Varanus Salvator (Iguana), Phyton Reticulatos (Piton Snake), also there are more than 160 birds type as like : White Starling, King Fisher, Hornbill, Barbet, Bee eater ,Woodpecker , etc , this national park also has territorial water , sea grass and coral reef which many it’s fish, there are more or less 120 fish type.
